All of the batteries sales by Ly-On is within 12 months from the manufacture date marked on the label. In the Warranty Period, Ly-On will replace or maintain the batteries which fail to the confirmed spec. at no cost to customers.
Warranty and Waiver.
Under the following conditions, Ly-On will not take any responsibility incurred in any losses resulting from the use of the batteries.
The batteries were misused, abused or are used in any manner deviated or in branch of conditions as set out in the confirmed spec.
The batteries are rendered to be nonconforming to the confirmed specification for reasons caused by parties other than Ly-On or by circumstances beyond the control of Ly-On.
Limited Warranty
Customer is recommended to follow the confirmed specification to use, Customer can use an alternative operation method mutually agreed by Customer and Ly-On. Using an operation method neither according to the specification nor agreed by Ly-On in written will cause voiding of Limited Warranty.
